Best of luck on it. Sure didn't you run the women's mini-marathon in good time as well? Myself and Paul saw ya off, had a coffee in the park and walked up to the finish line where you were already waiting if memory serves.

Regular sweaty exercise, apart from the obvious physical benefits, is great for the head, gets you thinking clearly, and gives you time to think - Go Miss Motivator Go ! If you can stick to this sort of regime then you can do anything.
